Kevin earned his real estate license getting out of high school and has not stopped bettering his skills in it since, with track record of $11+ million dollars in transactions.With an overwhelming focus on the client’ personal wants and satisfaction, he works in a residential real estate focused company who’s products are renovated homes for families and individuals purchasing and renting.
Also practicing in commercial real estate, he is experienced in finding investors secure investments in commercial properties and businesses as well. His main focus is on multi family properties and property management.Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance at the University of Miami and is on track to enter into the MBA in Real Estate program soon.

Didier strives to actively advise, educate, and personalize a client’s real estate experience with an honest and positive approach in order to provide the best results that lead to lasting relationships with our clientele.
He is a more sophisticated type of agent who functions as a consultant for both buyers and sellers and whose organization has in-house valuation specialists and financing available. Didier can guide you through the process of selling / buying based on experience gained from many similar transactions.
From the buyers’ perspective, he will listen to and understand the buyers’ objectives and priorities and will help them in the process of finding the perfect option.
As a licensed Realtor working as a Transition Broker means that I’m here to facilitate a transaction between a Seller and a Buyer.
The first half of my job is to meet potential Sellers of business in the low and middle range of businesses, and understand the business along with working with the Seller to help them to set up the entire process to sell the business.

I will work with you on the valuation of the business with my financial team and set up an online marketing strategy to selling price to the closing
I will handle the listing agreement, set up the online marketing strategy to sell your business on the different online platforms and also work directly by mailing to our 700 Immigration Lawyers in Broward and Miami-Dade,
a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) is enough to select an asking price. Ultimately, the right approach will depend on the size and complexity of the business, the type of business, and the intended buyers of the business (i.e. individual investor vs. synergistic buyer).
The second part of my job is to meet potential buyers such as investors or snowbirds willing to move to Florida E2, Eb-5 visas Immigration Investors, equity firms, Hedge funds etc. Communicate, understand, validate, define the time frame and check the funding aspects of the transaction. I will take care of the underwriting process of the offer through the letter of Intent or directly to the contracts, and handle carefully the due diligence, inspection period towards the closing etc…
